We were contacted last week to assist a wildlife sanctuary in New Zealand with planning and designing a naturalistic habitat for the threatened Hochstetters frog. We have accepted this challenge and hope to be a great asset to them and their design team. There is not much information known about this rare frog, which is going to make this project an interesting but important challenge. Finding the proper balance between having a great and easy to view display as well as habitat for the frogs is key.
New Zealand is an amazing country with strict but inspiring animal preservation. We hope to be able to visit someday this amazing island country.
